Delivery Policy

To ensure that products reach customers in the best possible condition through a seamless and convenient process, we offer the following delivery policy:

• Door-to-door delivery service within Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, available for both online and in-store purchases.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, either by our own delivery staff or through reputable third-party services such as Grab or Ahamove.

Product prices do not include delivery fees. Delivery charges are calculated based on the rates of the shipping providers (e.g., Ahamove, Grab).
